The Lodigiano Zucchelli wants to return to the “formaggio lodigiano” its cradle, that is, its historical and restricted land of origin. Its authenticity is expressed in unique flavors and aromas, and it is the result of its traditional manufacturing jealously preserved. The pursuit of quality is accompanied by the choice of the best milk, produced by cows grazing in fertile land of Lodi, full of water and fodder.The Lodigiano Zucchelli is a cheese healthy and light, made from milk that has only 2.5% fat. It’s very easy to digest because its proteins, during maturation, have been broken down into amino acids immediately assimilated by the body. It’s also very rich in soluble calcium that is in the form of calcium lactate.
The LODIGIANO ZUCCHELLI cheese has a grainy from straw color with radial fractures and edible crust. Its structure is grainy and fragrant. Savory flavor but never spicy, with a sweet note final.

The Grana Padano is a hard cheese with a long maturing process product from raw cow’s milk Semi-skimmed milk in a large area in the valley of the river Po, as specified by the Italian laws which protect the brand and the guarantees of origin.
The Grana Padano is a cheese with a Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.) as specified by the European Union with the Reg. Ec n. 1107/96 of 12 June 1996.
“Caseificio Zucchelli”, in fact, is among the 12 founders that gave birth in 1954 to the GRANA PADANO PROTECTION CONSORTIUM which now represents the largest D.O.P. in the world.
The Grana Padano D.O.P. LO 205 cheese has a grainy from straw color with radial fractures and edible crust.
Its structure is grainy and fragrant. Savory flavor but not spicy with a sweet note final.
