Emmentaler is a superior cheese. It’s seasoned for 12 months in a very humid and fresh caves to allow the maturation, that makes it so unique. A wheel can weigh up to 130 kg. Fresh raw cow’s milk from two milkings coming from cows raised on pasture and feed with fresh forage.
