BREZZO | MIELE DI MILLEFIORI | 250G
Wildflower honey is collected in the summer months in our Po Valley and contains an innumerable amount of flowers that bloom simultaneously (mint, clover, solidago, acacia, sweet clover ...). Millefiori are defined as honeys that cannot be classified as monofloral because they are the result of the union of different concomitant blooms. For this reason, millefiori honey is honey that best expresses the richness and typicality of a territory, summarized by bees in a splendid harmony of color and flavor. Like honey it is excellent for desserts and delicious in milk in the morning. Because of its rather heterogeneous characteristics it goes well with all types of cheeses.

The harvest takes place on spontaneous blooms, far from possible sources of pollution. Honey is extracted by centrifugation and the subsequent filtering, decanting and potting operations that take place without heat treatments are the main phases of the processing cycle. Phases that are essential in order not to alter the physico-chemical and organoleptic qualities of honey and keep all its beneficial properties intact. At breakfast it is perfect in tea and infusions, but it is also delicious on beef-red meats or white as chicken. It is ideal for enhancing aged and blue cheeses€6.25Add to cart -
