Relaunched in 2011, Glenmorangie's sauternes-finished Nectar d'Or is now proudly boasting a prominent age statement that wasn't there before, proclaiming it to be 12 years old. Give it a couple of years and it'll be staying out after supper and growing a weedy moustache on its top lip.   Alcohol 46% Volume. 

Scented slightly of sherry and Christmas pudding with plenty of fruit (raisins, ripe apples and tinned oranges in syrup) On the palate, this single malt is reminiscent of treacle, slightly nutty with notes of orange peel and apple compot and some rich oak.Finishes long and rich with oak and spiciness. Alcohol 43% Volume.
