Description

Mandarin honey is produced in Calabria, mainly in the Sibari plain where, along with vast areas of orange groves, you can also find fairly extensive clementine crops that allow a collection of single-flowered mandarin honey.

This honey is light in color with shades ranging from very pale yellow to ivory white when it is solid. It crystallizes rapidly, assuming a naturally creamy consistency and much appreciated by the palate. The aroma is delicate and fresh, the taste is fruity and floral.
