Speaking about truffles, here’s our recipe for today – Tagliolini with White Truffle

Wash and brush softly the truffle and dry it well with kitchen paper.

While boiling tagliolini in abundant salted water with few drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, melt butter in a pan.

Once ready, drain tagliolini and add them to the prepared butter.

Stir well adding salt and, if necessary, use some spoons of cooking water to let tagliolini be creamier.

Shave generously the Precious white truffle.
