For the antipasto course, savour a tantalizing selection of charcuterie and cheeses, expertly chosen to complement each other and awaken your taste buds. And then, let the culinary adventure continue with the first starter – a zucchini souffle with a parmigiano fondu. The delicate flavours and creamy texture of this dish will leave you craving for more. 

Next, delight your senses with our second starter – bigoli with scampi and yellow tomato velouté. The perfectly cooked pasta paired with the rich tomato velouté creates a symphony of flavours that is sure to please even the most discerning palate.
