Aspect: Pale pink colour.
Nose: Enchanting aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry, spiced up with citrus notes, they are a delight for the nose.
Palate: The lead is clear and precise; its freshness then mingles with sensual and gourmet notes of wild strawberry.
For its visual asset, its purity and its freshness, the LALLIER Grand Rosé is the ideal companion for the aperitif. With great finesse, it is also most enjoyable with crustaceans (lobster) or at the dessert served with a red berries charlotte.
Aspect: Light yellow color with pale green tints.
Nose: Intense and complex nose of exotic white fruits and citrus fruit mixed with floral notes of linden and acacia.
Palate: The palate is rich, generous, ample and intensely fruity, with very good tension. The Sauvignon Blanc lemon juice delicately coats the exotic sweetness (lychee, mango) of the well-ripe Semillon. Mineral notes bringing good salinity added to this cocktail, to serve a beautiful finish. Concentration of white fruits, mineral freshness and righteousness.
Perfectly paired with seafood dishes. Foie gras is a perfect pairing with its natural sweet, salty and savory characteristics. Can also be paired with roasted chicken, veal and pork dishes that are either spicy, or prepared with a touch of sweetness. spicy Asian cuisine, raw fish, like sushi or sashimi, and cheese, both hard and soft also make great pairings with this.

Nose: Surprising for its clarity and elegance, red fruit, mature cherry, raspberry and the sweet notes of tobacco.
Palate: Complex, structured and impresses for its fresh softness and roundness; pleasing savoury finish.

Palate: A rich palate with silky tannins. A very beautiful length.
