A concert in aid of the restoration of the marouflage paintings adorning the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Nadur Gozo is going to be held within the Church itself on Saturday 2nd November 2019 at 7pm.
A recital of religious music and solo harp works, will be performed by Classique meets Pop duo, comprising Dr. Lydia Buttigieg on the harp together with singer and guitarist Fiona Cauchi.
A short clip highlighting the importance of this church and the restoration project will also be presented. This event is being supported by Hon. Dr. Anton Refalo, MP and chairperson for Heritage Malta.
Entrance is at a minimum donation of 15 Euro and includes a complementary drink following the concert – sponsored by Vini e Capricci by Abraham’s, and a memento of the occasion – sponsored by Gozo Graphics Ltd.
