In 1658, Gianfranco Buonamico, in his manuscript titled ‘Attratto dell Cioccolato’ wrote about he manufacturing process of chocolate.
One of his favourite chocolates was Unica 1658 and he went into great detail to list the ingredients used.
Almost 350 years later, the chocolatiers of Chocolat Gran Xavalier discovered Buonamico’s chocolate masterpiece and decided to revive it using exactly the same ingredients and craftsmanship.
