We are celebrating “Pasqua” by offering devourable sweet treats for feasting; Easter Eggs, Maltese Figolli, and the traditional Italian Colomba – everything you need for an unforgettable Easter.
We are also offering a decadent dégustation menu which will be served on Easter Saturday Dinner and Easter Sunday Lunch.
Ripe for a gastronomic enjoyment with a five-course feasting affair. Dishes on offer include Goat Cheese Cheesecake, Polenta Chips with Baby Artichokes and Sauce Vierge. Later dishes include Guinea Fowl Agnolo and Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb. Guests will finish up with a Hazelnut Dome served with Almond Milk Reduction and Hazelnut Tuile.
Guests will also enjoy meticulously selected wine paired with each course; Riesling from Villa Huesgen, Germany, Chardonnay from Casa Donoso, Chile, Barbera d’Alba from Vietti, Piemonte, Syrah from Keermont, South Africa and Carmes de Rieussec from Bordeaux, France.
On Easter Saturday Dinner and Easter Sunday Lunch (11th and 12th April 2020), we will be serving only the Dégustation Menu.
