Description

A cocoa dough that retains the classic softness of panettone and is enriched by the delicious presence of single-origin 60% dark chocolate drops from South America, white chocolate and candied black cherries with a sweet and slightly acidic taste. Before cutting, it should be sprinkled with a mix of icing sugar, powdered milk and cocoa in combination.
