The mix of rich, velvety textures with dark, mineral-infused red and black fruits and bright acids creates a sensation of animalistic elegance. The oak spice on the finish will integrate with time, as this tapers off incredibly long and structured, with hints of cedar and ripe plums lingering long. The Sancta Catharina is a blend of Sangiovese along with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and a dollop of Petit Verdot.
