Simple and tasty recipe: Italian quality Superfino Carnaroli rice, vacuum packed, mixed with top quality ingredients, without the addition of glutamate. It is not a precooked rice, but a real high quality risotto, which, with eighteen minutes of cooking, can be served at the table.

Provenance: Monteu Roero (Piedmont)

Ingredients: Superfino Carnaroli Italian rice, Italian hazelnuts 2%, leek, parsley, onion.

Net weight: 300gr (3/4 people)

Tasting tips: prepare 1 L to 1.5 L of broth. In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the mixture and stir until the rice becomes translucent. Add 1 glass of white wine and mix until evaporated. Then cover the rice with the broth and mix. Repeat until the rice is cooked (15 to 20 minutes). Finally, add a knob of butter and grated Parmesan. Cover for a minute, mix well and serve. Enjoy your meal!
