In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the mixture and stir until the rice becomes translucent. Add 1 glass of white wine and mix until evaporated. Then cover the rice with the broth and mix. Repeat until the rice is cooked (15 to 20 minutes). Finally, add a knob of butter and grated Parmesan. Cover for a minute, mix well and serve.
