Artichokes with Stem

Agnoni artichokes with stem are the typical Roman artichokes to which the whole stem is left. They are grown in Italy, processed entirely by hand immediately after harvesting and prepared according to tradition.

Artichokes in oil are packaged in glass jars, ready to be enjoyed without having to heat them.

They are ideal as an appetizer or to accompany any dish.

Ingredients:

• artichokes 60%
• sunflower oil 29%
• extra virgin olive oil 10%
• mint
• garlic
• chili pepper
• wine vinegar
• salt
• acidity regulator: citric acid

Origin of raw materials: Italy

To be stored in a cool and dry place, away from sources of heat and light. After opening, keep refrigerated and use the product within a few days.
