Agnoni – Olive Verdi Dolci Giganti 500g
Agnoni Giant Green Olives Appreciated for their extreme sweetness, with an intense green color, they are characterized by their crunchy pulp that easily detaches from the core. Olives are rich in vitamin E but also in fatty acids which play a decisive role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, in protecting the skin and in controlling bad cholesterol. It is harvested from mid-September to the end of October and processed within 24 hours so that the fruit remains intact in its organoleptic characteristics. The olives are put in brine where the natural lactic fermentation process begins, during which the concentration of the salt and the acidity values of the water / salt solution are checked. After a few months, once the fermentation process is finished and stabilized, the olives are ready to be consumed. You just have to enjoy them in your aperitif !!€9.75Add to cart -
