  DESCRIPTION: Obtained from the exclusive selection of glera grapes. It has a pale straw yellow color, fine but persistent perlage, delicate flavor and aroma of fruit and flowers, rightly harmonious in the slightly sweet structure. RECOMMENDED COMBINATION WITH FOOD: Excellent between meals or as an aperitif to go with aged cheeses and fish dishes. SERVE AT: 6-8 °C.
