BREZZO | MIELE DI MILLEFIORI | 250G
Wildflower honey is collected in the summer months in our Po Valley and contains an innumerable amount of flowers that bloom simultaneously (mint, clover, solidago, acacia, sweet clover ...). Millefiori are defined as honeys that cannot be classified as monofloral because they are the result of the union of different concomitant blooms. For this reason, millefiori honey is honey that best expresses the richness and typicality of a territory, summarized by bees in a splendid harmony of color and flavor. Like honey it is excellent for desserts and delicious in milk in the morning. Because of its rather heterogeneous characteristics it goes well with all types of cheeses.

BREZZO | MIELE DI MELATA DI BOSCO DEL ROERO | 250G
The main characteristic of this honey derives from the high content of enzymes and mineral salts. For this reason it is one of the favorite honeys from those who practice sports. It has rightly the reputation of a health product thanks to the innumerable substances contained, some present in infinitesimal quantities, capable of reacting positively in our body. The wood honeydew, unlike the other classic honeys, is not produced starting from the nectar of the flowers but from the collection of the bees of the sugary secretions present on different plant species of the wild wooded reality. The color is dark, sometimes almost pitch and always appears in the liquid state. Both the scent and the taste are very characteristic and particular, different from the nectar honeys, so that the wood honeydew is very often appreciated even by those who are not honey lovers.€5.10Read more -
BREZZO | MIELE DI MELATA DI ABATE | 250G
The fir honeydew is produced in the fir forests of the Cuneese Alps in the summer months. Like the Forest Honeydew also that of Abete does not derive from the nectar of the flowers but from the sugary substances collected by the bees on the fir trees. It has a dark color with greenish reflections. It is highly appreciated for its balsamic scent, resin and its aromatic note. The flavor is less sweet than the other honeys, with a medium intensity and very persistent aroma. The fir honeydew remains liquid for a very long time. It is to be considered a fairly rare honey as production is often inconstant due to adverse weather conditions. Fir honeydew is particularly rich in mineral salts.€6.90Read more
