The cultivation of Teroldego, an autochthonous vine and a symbolic wine of Trentino, has very ancient origins. Cultivated in Trentino in very few particularly suitable areas, the noble French vine has found a habitat of choice in the foothill vineyards that embrace the municipalities of Lavis and Giovo. Known for its elegant nature, as demanding as it is seductive, Pinot Noir reaches the optimal level of maturity only after a long stay on the plant. Light ruby red in colour, in the glass it reveals an intense aroma, with hints of cherry and morello cherry, which slowly ends in a pleasant and typical aroma of red fruits of the undergrowth.
