Talisker Skye | 70cl
Tasting notes:Nose: Sweet stuff, toffees and vanilla ice cream up front, almost grain-like. Becomes increasingly honeyed. There's a little coastal influence here too, just hints of a sweet Caol Ila perhaps, with very restrained smoke.
Palate: Honeyed toasted oak, sappy wood, only a little pepper and smoke, apple turnovers and hints of lemon and lime Opal Fruits. Fennel seeds.
Finish: Drying and slightly less sweet, hints of spice and smoke.

Highland Park Valknut – 70cl
The Valknut has been created using a higher proportion of their local peated malt and predominantly matured in sherry seasoned oak casks to give this whisky a smoky, sweet flavour. Valknut is the second in their Viking Legend series, celebrating their rich Nordic ancestry over in Orkney. On the palate you get toasted vanilla pods, cracked black pepper, oak shavings, cloves, aniseed and aromatic peat smoke.Alcohol 46.8% Volume.

Highland Park Dark Origins – 70cl
Highland Park Dark Origins is a new core bottling that celebrates the early days of Magnus Eunson's illicit distilling on Orkney, back before the distillery was even founded in 1798. Magnus worked as a butcher and church official by day, but by night he was a legendary whisky smuggler and distiller outwitting the exciseman. To honour their hero (the Batman of the Orkney Islands, if you will), Highland Park have created a whisky with a suitably 'dark' character. Using 80% first-fill Sherry casks (20% refill) - 60% are first-fill European oak, with 20% being first-fill American oak - an exciting, spicy, chocolatey whisky has been produced.Alcohol 46.8% Volume.

Highland Park 17 Years Old Light – 70cl
A Highland Park whisky inspired by spring and summer on Orkney, the follow up to 2017's The Dark. It's a fresh and zesty take on the HP character, switching out the more traditional sherry casks for refill American oak casks and focusing on pear, vanilla and soft spice.Alcohol 59.9% Volume.

Highland Park 10 Years Old – Viking Scars
10 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park distillery on Orkney, presented in the heavily-Viking-inspired livery that was launched in 2017. This expression is normally found on mainland Europe, but it seems that some bottles have landed on our shores (presumably on some sort of longboat, considering all the Viking imagery connected to it).Alcohol 40% Volume.

Talisker Storm (70cl)
Released in early 2013, Talisker Storm has all the warm, smoky, peppery characteristics we all love in the standard Talisker 10yo - but they've been turned up a notch, with more smoke, more spices, and a bigger than ever flavour explosion. Talisker Storm seems likely to be a huge hit. Alcohol 45.8% Volume.€47.00Add to cart
