Our Food Story 10 | Bread Bonbons with Pistachio and Mortadella

Hosting an Italian aperitivo. An addition to your dinner table while cooking your festive roast!

Ingredients for 4 serving portions:

  • Bread Dough 200g
  • Ristoris Pistachio Sauce 120g
  • Mortadella 150g


1. Cut the mortadella into cubes.
2. Add the pistachio sauce and mortadella to the bread dough. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into small bonbons and leave to rise at 32 °C for around 90 minutes.
4. After it has risen, bake in a preheated static oven at 240 °C for 7-8 minutes.
