We kick off the evening with a refreshing aperitivo while mingling with fellow guests as you embark on a culinary journey. Our meticulously curated grazing table is designed to tantalize your taste buds and ignite your senses. Delight in a variety of premium cured meats, from delicate prosciuttos to spicy salamis, and savour a selection of artisanal cheeses. Enjoy perfectly paired crunchy grissini, crisp, colourful vegetables with a variety of dips, and don’t miss out on the sushi bar. 

 Once the sun has set, we transition to a seated dining arrangement where you will indulge in a curated collection of our premium wines, perfectly paired with a gourmet meal. 

 All throughout you will be captivated by exceptional musical performances by local talent Novel and Michele Lazzarini on saxophone, enhancing the ambiance and enriching your experience. 

 After dinner, the night will continue with vibrant music, inviting you to dance under the stars against the stunning backdrop of the saltpans.
