Pèppoli. Chianti Classico Antinori
An intense ruby red in color, the nose of the wine is characterized by aromas of cherries, with the supplementary notes of violets, characteristic of Sangiovese along with spice and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is savory and balanced with the crisp acidity of this variety and sweet flavors. The tannins are rather supple and the finish and aftertaste show the fruit and spice which develop during the aging period. On the whole, the wine is long and pleasurable.
Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, the wine shows intense and fragrant aromas which recall citrus fruit, candied fruit, and passion fruit. The flavors are well supported by the acidity and by the mineral sensations, which add savor, length, and persistence.
Il Bruciato. Antinori
An intense ruby red in color, the wine shows attractive and complex aromas of red berry fruit, sweet spices, and toasted coffee. The flavors are full, round, and of high level balance and pleasure. It will be a vintage well capable of improving over time.
Blue Cheese all’Arancia Candita La Casearia Carpenedo
Occelli ® al Malto d’orzo e Whisky
Beppino Occelli has created a new and original cheese. Only a few, carefully selected wheels are aged over a very long period of time and then coated with malted barley and whisky. The final result is a unique cheese with a strong and complex fragrance. The whisky goes wonderfully with the flavour of malted barley, so it is advisable to enjoy the cheese with the same distillate.
