Wine Tasting

Livio Felluga. Vertigo

Appearance: intense violet red almost impenetrable

Nose: intriguing; notes of plum, fig, persimmon, allspice, wild blackberry, nutmeg elegantly combine with hints of rue, fir bud, tobacco leaves.

Palate: elegant and powerful fruit aromas, pomegranate, Granny Smith apple, and an elder berry blend with notes of hazelnut; aftertaste of cocoa beans and balsamic hints.

Livio Felluga. Sharis

Appearance: bright yellow with golden reflections.

Nose: intense. It develops on notes of tropical fruit, papaya and pineapple, completed by hints of apricot, rose petals, prickly pear, candied citrus, magnolia blossoms and vanilla custard.

Palate: lively and refreshing, it is full bodied; a fruity attack, with hints of gooseberry, pomegranate and lychees; lively acidity with a citrus aftertaste.

Livio Felluga. Chardonnay

Appearance: straw yellow

Nose: varietal, intense and fruity; citrusy notes of lime and citron combine with hints of fresh ginger, papaya, calla lily blossoms, white chocolate and lemon balm.

Palate: fresh, balanced and lively with pleasant tannins and aromas of coconut milk & apricot; aftertaste has notes of fresh tea leaf.

Raschera D.O.P. Beppino Occelli

The name comes from the Raschera Alpine lake located at an altitude of 2000 metres in the Maritime Alps. Beppino Occelli Raschera is a cheese produced from raw cow’s milk. After a minimum two-month ageing period it acquires a delicate flavour that becomes more intense over time.
