As per our previous announcement, we are proud to announce that the “Tartufo Bianco D’Alba” Dinner will be held at our newly refurbished Vini e Capricci on Saturday 1st December 2018 at 7.30pm.
Guests will be greeted with an Aperitivo, followed by a five-course dinner bursting with the intense flavours of the Alba Truffles, prepared by our chef George Borg. Each course will be paired with an exceptional wine, meticulously selected by our International Awarded French Sommelier, Fabien Etienne.
