Opus One Winery is located in Oakville, California, United States. The winery was founded as a joint venture between Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Chateau Mouton Rothscild and Robert Mondavi, to create a single Bordeaux style blend, based upon Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
By combining the great winemaking traditions and innovations of both families, the founders’ singular goal was to create an exceptional wine in the heart of Napa Valley.
Guests will be greeted with Champagne and canapés, followed by a four-course dinner paired with four exquisite wines.
Charlie Matthews will enrich us with the history of Opus One Winery, as we enjoy the renowned cuisine of Chef George Borg crafted specifically to pair with the incredible wines of this iconic winery.
