Spanish Caribbean X.o Rum | Rum & Cane Merchants 70cl

This bottle of Spanish Caribbean Extra Old (XO) Regional Rum was distilled in a Pot Still in Cuba and at the AFD distillery in the Dominican Republic. It was aged in American Oak, ex Bourbon barrels for a bold but balanced flavour. This expression celebrates the true essence of its terroir and is bottled only at the very peak of its maturity, for a rich and rounded taste experience for the cultured palate.

• Tasting notes: Tropical fruits & caramel are first on the nose, with vanilla & orange coming through afterwards, ending with rich, dark molasses.
