Two contrasting but well-defined flavours that are skilfully combined to create a delightful experience for the palate. The typical combination, counted in the Italian confectionery tradition, aims to meet the needs of the most demanding and curious palates. Ingredients: Wheat flour, fresh eggs, butter, sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), sugar, candied Sicilian orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) 7.5%, dark chocolate drops 7.5%, (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa 48% minimum), sultanas, orange paste 3.7% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides fatty acids of vegetable origin, fresh egg yolk, whole milk, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavouring. May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios.
