Rustichella D’abruzzo Olive Sauce 270g

A ready-to-use sauce prepared by slow boiling tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area, garlic, onion, "leccino" olives and salt to taste, it pairs well with the Rustichella d'Abruzzo line of whole-wheat semolina pasta for light recipes with a distinctly Mediterranean flavor. Best eaten at room temperature or slightly warmed over low heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days. Serves 4-6 people.
