Together with carrots, onion and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area, and it’s a classic dish. Particularly suitable for pairing with Fettuccine, Spaghettone and Tortiglioni Rustichella d'Abruzzo. Ideal on pizza, in stews or soups, over baked or broiled meat or fish, or even as a finishing sauce for risotto. Serves 2 or 3.
