This Cacio e Pepe sauce is made from sheep's milk cheese, cow's milk cheese, Grana Padano cheese and black pepper. Quick and easy to use, this sauce will blend wonderfully with Rustichella al dente pastas. Heat it in a large pan and add a spoon of extra-virgin olive oil, then blend it with your pastas.
