A special feature is the Croccanti di Toscana nocciola, made from lightly roasted hazelnuts, sugar and egg whites. They have a particularly high proportion of hazelnuts, a whole 40%. The loose goods are particularly suitable for counter sales, most appealingly presented on a baking tray.
