Nose:Floral notes of acacia, hawthorn and lime follow fruity hints of white melon, Golden apple, yellow peach and dehydrated apricot. Scents of medicinal herbs, mallow, osmanthus, honeysuckle flowers and dog rose combine with sweet notes of candied fruit, dried fruit, caramel and custard, alternating a spiciness of vanilla bean and star anise with notes of nutmeg, matcha tea and licorice.
Palate:Full-bodied and elegant, volumetric and silky, but vibrant at the same time. Fresh notes of cedar, mandarin and pineapple combine perfectly with sweet notes of marzipan, panna cotta and creme brulè. Of great structure and long persistence, with delicately spicy, Mediterranean and mineral hints at the end.
