One of the most famous Chinese green teas, it comes from plantations located around the West Lake (Xi Hu) in the Huangzhou area. Beautiful flattened leaves and shoots, still traditionally by hand, during the delicate phase of inhibiting enzymatic oxidation in metal pans placed on the fire. The name, dragon well, is linked to the legend of one of these mythical animals that lived in the cultivation area. He has won international recognition. Harvested exclusively in spring.
