Jack Daniel’s is one of the very few Tennessee Whiskies that is charcoal mellowed. Jack Daniel’s has a smooth aroma and flavour of vanilla, toasted oak and caramel translates well to the palate. - Colour: amber.
- On the nose: notes of caramel and vanilla emerge followed by notes of maple wood smoke and caramelized sugar. The presence of licorice is also evident.
- On the palate: it presents itself on the palate with notes of caramelized sugar and a hint of orange juice to make the taste a little more acrid. Licorice present and also freshly roasted coffee. The vanilla brings back a sort of balance, with a hint of maple juice at the end although an angular and rough side remains.
