This salt comes from the ocean salt flats of Portugal. The fleur de sel is formed thanks to the action of the winds which, blowing on the salt flats, crystallize the surfaces. It is harvested by hand and is recommended on all meat and vegetable dishes, on eggs at the end of cooking. Ingredients: sea salt for food use.
