Coriander seeds, native to the Mediterranean basin, when ground or crushed release a fragrant citrus aroma with woody and slightly balsamic notes. In the kitchen they are excellent in fish marinades and to flavor oils, vinegars and dressings. Ground they can be used in soups, broths, meat and fish stews and in the preparation of cakes, biscuits and hot drinks such as infusions and herbal teas. Ingredients: coriander.
