The Famous Grouse has been given the sherry cask treatment here, imparting layers of toasted nuts and winter spice to the classic blended Scotch. A selection of Speyside malts matured in sherry-seasoned European casks are blended with grain whiskies, and that blend is then married in more sherry casks and butts.
