Colour: Deep ruby-purple.
Nose: Aromas of black fruits on he note with some pencil shavings, sour cherry, maybe some liquorice and a touch of menthol.
Taste: Cassis initially in the mouth, with some blackberry. Plump fruits but with a sour edge. pronounced tannins a little raw and stalky but despite that there is a very soft texture.
